My Background

My path into engineering has been unconventional. Before studying Computer Engineering, I earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Management.

Over time, I became increasingly interested in understanding the technology behind the systems and products that we use every day. That curiosity eventually led me toward computer engineering.

Why Computer Engineering

What interests me most about computer engineering is the intersection between hardware and software. I enjoy learning how software interacts with processors, memory, digital logic, microcontrollers, networks, and physical hardware.

I want to understand systems below the surface instead of only knowing how to use them.

What Interests Me

My current technical interests include embedded systems, digital hardware, computer architecture, low-level programming, networking, cybersecurity, and hardware/software integration.

How I Learn

I learn best by building. Classroom concepts become much more meaningful to me when I can implement them on an FPGA, program them into a microcontroller, configure them on a network, or troubleshoot why something isn't working.

Outside the Classroom

Outside of coursework, I enjoy experimenting with computers, networking, virtualization, software projects, 3D printing, and other technical projects that give me an excuse to figure out how things work.
